CONTRACTOR GUARANTEE

All work completed by Cp Painting Incorporated is of the finest quality and is completely guaranteed against paint failure for a full four years. As part of the guarantee, Cp Painting Incorporated will make arrangements with Property Manager or homeowner to inspect work annually to insure no paint failure has occurred. In the event some failure should occur Contractor agrees to supply all materials and labor necessary to rectify the problem.

SERVICE AGREEMENT- Any paint maintenance touch-up requested by Association during the four (4) year warranty period.
